Check the box at the top of the form to indicate an Amended Filing: 

 

 

 

Step by Step Instructions: 

  1. Select [ Bankruptcy > Other ]

     

  2. Enter the case number

     

  3. Verify the case number and name are correct and click Next

     

  4. Select Chapter 11 Statement of Your Current Monthly Income (Form 122B) and click Next

     

  5. Select the Debtor(s) you represent from the party pick list and click Next

    The Attorney / Party Association screen may display.  Click here for more information and click Next

     

  6. The PDF screen will display

  7. The Current Income screen will display:

    • Enter the current income from Line 14 of Form 122B in the text box

    • Click Next

  8. The Modify Text Screen will display

    If applicable, select Amended from the prefix dropdown box.

     

  9.  

  10. Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correctClosedselect Bankruptcy to start over/ If correct

  11. Click, Next to complete the filing process

 

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one timefree look at the document filed.
